We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Project Consulting & Resourcing service. 

This exciting new service specialises in delivering senior multi-disciplined IT Consultants with a high level of both technical and business competence.

Employment in the IT sector is forecast to grow at five times the rate of the overall UK employment average over the next decade. 140,000 new entrants are required annually to keep up with this demand, but with graduate numbers down 50% in five years and a growing reliance on recruiting from outside the industry, it is proving increasingly difficult to find the right people for the job.

These figures from the eSkills ‘IT & TELECOMS INSIGHTS 2008’ survey highlight a growing skills gap in the IT sector, and underline the difficulties employers are now facing when it comes to sourcing the right expertise.  This is particularly true at the top levels of the industry, where it is becoming more and more important to source high level consultants and managers with both technical and business acumen. 

Our goal is not only to deliver top level consultants to our clients, but also to deliver a top level service to our consultants. As service providers, our consultants are our most valuable asset and this is why we care more about matching the correct skills and personality than simply filling a position with minimal consideration.

This launch follows on from our continuing success with our Technical Consulting services, which are currently going from strength to strength.
